Art DiasArthur Dias graduated in 1985 from The Wentworth Institute of Technology with an associate's and bachelor's degrees in civil engineering. Arthur became president of Eagle Rivet in 2002 and has overseen business development, quality assurance, job safety and financial management.

Arthur's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction are second to none. Arthur's ultimate goal is ultimate customer satisfaction. He is available to meet with customers to discuss concerns and questions. His desire for complete customer satisfaction is a goal shared by all of the Eagle Rivet staffers.



Jeff Westbrook – Vice President
Jeff Westbrook

Jeff WestbrookJeff's marketing and sales experience has helped drive Eagle Rivet’s growth over the last 7 years. With 20 years of experience in the roofing industry he has brought Eagle Rivet solid organizational management and communications skills and extensive networking experience. His efforts have helped to increase Eagle Rivet's presence in New England's roofing sector.

Jeff has hired and trained a number of estimators, giving him a solid foundation in properly quoting, proposing and providing the most appropriate products and roofing systems for each project. Jeff's current objective is to continue increasing Eagle Rivet's market share in New England and drive expansion in residential roofing services and preventative maintenance.



George Platt – Director of Contractor Accounts
George Platt

George PlattGeorge Platt has over twenty six years of experience managing construction projects. A six year Vietnam veteran, George is well versed in blueprint reading, job estimating, sales, customer relations and project coordination. At Eagle Rivet he is responsible for 90% of sales for all general contractor accounts.

David Nietch – Service Division Manager
David Nietch

David NietchDavid Nietch graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organization. He has a strong background in positions which require experienced operation and project management as well as a strong attention to detail. David has a profound knowledge of concepts, competitive products, practices and process dealing with the roofing market.

David excels at building highly effective working relationships with clients, technicians, managers and vendors. After sixteen years in the commercial and residential roofing industry he still prides himself on his ability to provide each customer with exceptional quality and service.



Bill Bernhardt – Danbury, CT Office Division Manager
Bill Bernhardt

Bill BernhardtBill heads the Danbury office and brings significant experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry to Eagle Rivet. He has over 25 years of managerial experience, five of which he's spent at Eagle Rivet. Bill has been involved in major commercial, institutional and industrial projects in both the private and public sectors, ranging from public bids to design build projects.



Dean Secchiaroli – Lowell, MA Office Division Manager
Dean Secchiaroli

Dean SecchiaroliDean is a 3rd generation commercial roofing contractor and is responsible for all day to day operations out of the Eagle Rivet Roof Services Lowell, MA office. He is a graduate of UNLV's School of Construction Management and has 15 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.

Dean has been the project manager on contracts as large as 8 million dollars.  He is familiar with the demands associated with Federal, State, Educational and Institutional roofing projects. Dean has installed and has detailed knowledge of the specifications of Tremco/Garland Hot/Cold roofing systems, Firestone, Carlisle, JM and Sarnafil roofing systems.

Chuck Mailhiot – Estimator/Project Manager
Chuck Mailhiot

Chuck MailhiotChuck Mailhiot began his career in roofing during the summer of 1966. He began full time work as a roof mechanic several years later, installing and repairing shingles, slate, shakes and sheet metal. Chuck attended NRCA's Roofing Industry Educational Institute, The Wentworth Institute of Technology and Vermont Technical College.

During his 40 plus years in construction Chuck has worked as a slate and sheet metal foreman and a self employed carpenter/roofer. He joined Eagle in 1987 and became the estimator/project manager in 1989.



John Little – Project Manager
John Little

John LittleJohn's 25 years of experience in the roofing industry earned him his project management position at Eagle Rivet in 2000. He has extensive field experience with the installation of various  shingle, TPO, PVC and EPDM roofing systems from manufacturers such as Certainteed, GAF, Firestone, Carlisle, Sarnafil, Fibertite and JohnsManville. John's primary focus as a project manager with Eagle Rivet is to continue to provide the very best in workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction.

Greg Arnold – Project Manager
Greg Arnold

Greg ArnoldGreg Arnold has spent fourteen years in the roofing industry. He began working primarily with residential steep slope roofing before moving on to light commercial and industrial work. In 2008 he joined Eagle Rivet, primarily working on institutional and heavy commercial jobs. As a project manager Greg focuses on job quality, schedule, budget and customer relations.

Greg has extensive experience working with steep slope installation and maintenance, including asphalt, synthetic shingles and EPDM systems. His detailed knowledge of roofing systems is vital for the day to day operations at Eagle Rivet.

Paul Irizarry – Project Manager
Paul Irizarry

Paul IrizarryPaul has been a project manager for nine years and has been with Eagle Rivet for four. He attended Bronx Community College where he received a degree in computer science. Since coming to Eagle Rivet he has assisted in the operations of the Danbury Office as well as managed several of their out of state jobs.

Paul is knowledgeable of EPDM,TPO, BUR and metal panel installations and repairs.

Ryan Trask – Service Coordinator
Ryan Trask

Ryan TraskRyan Trask has worked in the roofing industry for eight years and has had experience in management roles, office duties and general construction. He is currently the service coordinator for Eagle Rivet. As service coordinator Ryan assists in the day to day operations of the service department as well as public and municipal bidding.

Ryan received a BSBA with a concentration in Management and a minor in communications from Bryant University.
